The Sealey AK8654 is a 500mm handsaw built to cut fast and accurately across a range of materials including hardwood, MDF, chipboard, and plastics. The blade is 1mm 65Mn high-grade carbon steel with hardened and tempered double-ground teeth at 7 TPI for fast, efficient cutting. A lacquered coating reduces friction and resists corrosion for extended blade life. The soft-grip ABS and TPR handle provides comfort and control with a finger rest for secure hold, while built-in 45° and 90° angle guides make angled cuts easy to set up. A 440mm ruler marking runs along the top of the blade for quick measurements and accurate positioning without reaching for a tape measure.
