The Draper Venom® Second Fix Double Ground Toolbox Saw is built for exactly that purpose, with a 350mm blade manufactured from high quality 1mm thick 65Mn carbon steel that has been correctly hardened, tempered, straightened and stress relieved to ensure both strength and straightness throughout its working life. The double ground tooth geometry is set to deliver faster cutting with optimal sawdust removal in both forward and reverse motions, reducing effort on every stroke. The finely ground blade surface is coated with an ultra-tough lacquer that protects against corrosion whilst easing friction when sawing, helping the blade glide cleanly through the cut. At 11tpi/12ppi, the tooth configuration is suited to the finer, controlled cuts required in second fix applications. The ergonomic handle incorporates a soft grip to guarantee user comfort even when used for prolonged periods on site or in the workshop. The saw is display packed, making it straightforward to store and present in a trade or retail environment.
