The Draper Expert Supercut® handsaw addresses these challenges through a combination of high-quality materials and precision engineering. The blade is manufactured from 1mm thick T10 high-quality carbon steel, hardened and stress relieved to ensure straightness throughout use. A tough lacquer coating prevents corrosion and reduces friction along the cut line. The razor-sharp teeth are induction hardened and triple ground, enabling a fast cut on both the forward and back stroke whilst promoting optimal sawdust removal. Built-in 45° and 90° angle guides assist with marking out cuts accurately before sawing. The slip-resistant soft grip handle is exclusively designed for Draper and is ultrasonic welded for stability and strength during extended use. A hang hole is included for convenient workshop storage. At 500mm (20") with a 7tpi/8ppi tooth configuration, this saw is well suited to first fix timber work where an efficient, consistent cut is required.
