The Sealey PBI2212GS Schumacher RoadStart Emergency Jump Starter delivers 2300 peak amps and 900A starting current from a professional grade, high performance AGM battery produced in the USA and specially formulated to jump start 12V vehicles. Unlike conventional booster packs, the unit can be left safely on charge continuously thanks to its automatic maintenance charger with patented microprocessor controlled speed charging and thermal runaway protection, so it is always ready for use. A fusible link integrated in the output cable provides surge and spike protection, safeguarding delicate and sophisticated vehicle electronics as well as the booster itself. Heavy-duty clamps feature a braided link between each jaw for maximum power transmission and are curved for easy access to awkward or hard-to-reach battery terminals, with a cable and clamp length of 1.6m. The two-function digital display shows internal battery level and vehicle battery voltage, while the audible warning system (AWS) alerts the operator to reverse polarity or if the unit has been left on too long without connecting to a battery. A 12V accessory socket and single 2.1A USB port allow charging of mobile phones or tablets, and an isolating rotary on/off switch with easy cable and clamp storage keep the unit compact and tidy. DEKRA approved.
