The microprocessor constantly monitors and adjusts the charge output to optimise battery life and condition throughout the charging process. Multi-stage charging includes thermal runaway protection, integral ventilation, and spark-proofing for maximum safety, and reverse polarity protection is built in for cases where the unit is incorrectly connected to a battery. A scrolling digital display with various inbuilt language options provides clear charge status information, supported by a charge status LED. The unit is built into a sturdy case with protective bumpers and a built-in hanging hook for convenient workshop storage. Cable and clamp length is 2m, supply is 230V, IP rating is IP20, and the unit weighs 3.1kg. Supplied with a 2-year guarantee.
