Our ambition is to become the most attractive platform for customers looking to buy machine parts and services. We will continuously monitor the market and will vary our commission (5%-17.5%) to achieve the most competitive pricing in each category. There is NO additional costs to our suppliers. This commission is on sale, including VAT.
3. Transaction charges
Any transaction charges or payment gateway fee will be absorbed by us, no problems.
We take care of any returns, including pickup and shipping costs.
Our standard returns policy from our customer will be 21 days, and we hope that you match this commitment.
5. Partnership opportunities
Platinum Supplier – To provide a consistent service to our customers, we will seek to create one preferred supplier in most categories. You will share price and availability with us via our dedicated vendor platform and we will collaborate via a framework agreement. In addition, a platinum supplier will benefit from the following

Gold Supplier – You are keen to work with us but prefer a more discreet arrangement to start with. We realise that no single supplier has the availability and price point to meet the requirement of every customer, so there will be plenty of opportunities coming your way! You will regularly share your inventory information with us and we will reach out to you to quote on any eligible opportunity. There will be a simple text or an app to do this quickly.

Hassle-free payments: direct in your bank accounts within 2 weeks of delivery
6. Backend support, Dedicated call centre team
We will invest in building a back-end transaction and technical query team to support you, as well as, our customers. We will also develop product catalogues and generate tele sales follow ups to further support your sales growth.
