The Draper 28230 is designed to meet M-class standards, capturing 99.9% of medium-hazardous dust in accordance with HSE recommendations, making it a compliant choice for professional and trade use. At its core, the 1500W motor delivers 270W of air watts and 230hPa of vacuum pressure, drawing airflow at 129.6m³/h for consistently strong suction. The 230V power take-off socket, rated to a maximum of 1490W, enables automatic dust extraction when a sander, drill or other compatible power tool is connected — the extractor activates and deactivates in step with the tool. An adjustable motor speed allows suction to be tuned to the task: reduced for delicate surfaces, increased for more demanding applications. Filtration integrity is maintained through a built-in filter cleaning system that dislodges trapped debris and prevents blockage, extending service life. The anti-static EVA hose inhibits static build-up and reduces clogging from ultra-fine particles. An LED indicator alerts the operator when airflow falls below 20m/s, prompting timely filter maintenance. The sealing cap prevents hazardous dust from entering or escaping the tank during shutdown or transport. IPX4 protection confirms suitability for wet as well as dry recovery, with a 24L wet capacity and 27L dry capacity within the 35L tank.
