Q 1. What heat settings does the SIP FIREBALL Turbofan 3001 offer?

A. The Turbofan 3001 provides three settings: maximum heat output at 9,554BTU/hr (2.8kW), a reduced heat setting at 4,777BTU/hr (1.4kW), and a fan-only mode running at 25W. Settings are selected via the control dial.

Q 2. What type of heating element does the Turbofan 3001 use, and is it safe to touch the casing during operation?

A. The heater uses a Positive Temperature Coefficient (PTC) element — a conducting composite that delivers fast, powerful and odour-free heat. A key safety characteristic of the PTC element is that it does not warm the external casing during operation, reducing burn risk for the user.

Q 3. How does the thermostat work on the SIP 09215?

A. An integrated thermostat with an infinitely variable control dial allows you to set a target temperature. Once that temperature is reached, the heater element switches off and the fan continues to run to cool the combustion chamber. This behaviour reduces energy usage and supports ErP compliance. A separate internal safety overheat thermostat also provides protection against heater damage.

Q 4. What are the dimensions and weight of the Turbofan 3001?

A. The product measures 290(H) x 265(W) x 210mm(D) and has a net weight of 2.85kg (gross weight 3.42kg), making it a genuinely compact and portable unit.

Q 5. What applications is the SIP FIREBALL Turbofan 3001 suitable for?

A. The Turbofan 3001 is designed for heating small workshops, garages and offices. Its compact, lightweight build and integrated carry handle make it straightforward to move between locations as required.

Q 6. What power supply does the SIP 09215 require?

A. The Turbofan 3001 runs on a standard 230V (13A) supply.

Q 7. What warranty is included with the SIP FIREBALL Turbofan 3001?

A. The SIP 09215 is covered by the SIP 2-Year Standard Silver Warranty.

Q 8. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

A. WhatsApp us on 07754 288583 with photos of the item and packaging, and we will resolve the issue in line with our returns policy.

Q 9. How long does delivery take?

A. Standard UK mainland delivery is 3–5 working days. Next-day delivery is available on most products and will appear as an option at checkout where eligible.,
