Operating on a standard 230V (13A) supply, it delivers a maximum heat output of 6,820BTU/hr (2kW), making it a practical and capable heating solution for light-duty professional and commercial environments.
At the core of the Turbofan 2000 is a Positive Temperature Coefficient (PTC) heating element, which delivers fast, powerful and odour-free heat whilst keeping the external casing cool to the touch — an important safety consideration in busy workshop settings. A powder-coated finish across the sturdy metal frame provides additional resistance to everyday wear, extending the product's working life.
The heater offers three selectable settings — 6,820BTU/hr (2kW), 3,412BTU/hr (1kW) and fan-only at 25W — adjustable via an infinitely variable control dial. An integrated thermostat allows a target temperature to be set; once reached, the heater switches off whilst the fan continues to cool the combustion chamber, reducing energy consumption and supporting Energy-related Products (ErP) compliance. An internal safety overheat thermostat provides an additional layer of protection. Tilt adjustment on the metal frame allows the heat direction to be angled as required.
The all-in-one design combines the heater body, control dial and carry handle in a single lightweight unit, enabling straightforward movement between locations — from workshop to garage to office — without the need for additional equipment.
