Manually setting rivets one at a time is slow and physically demanding, especially when working with harder materials like steel or stainless steel. The Sealey SA31 Air/Hydraulic Riveter is a trigger-operated pneumatic tool capable of setting aluminium and blind steel rivets up to 3/16" (4.8mm), making repetitive riveting tasks significantly faster and less fatiguing. The hardened steel jaw assembly ensures reliable grip and pull on each rivet, while the rivet shaft safety cap reduces the risk of ejected rivet mandrels becoming a hazard. The tool operates at 90psi with an air consumption of 4cfm via a 1/4" BSP inlet. Supplied complete with four riveting nozzles to cover a range of rivet sizes 3/32" (2.4mm), 1/8" (3.2mm), 5/32" (4mm), and 3/16" (4.8mm) plus two spanners for nozzle changes. Noise power and pressure levels are rated at 80/72dB(A).
