Worn or loose riveted joints slow fabrication work and demand reliable tooling. The PCL APT690 is a pneumatic air rivet gun with a maximum rivet size of 3/16 in (4.8 mm), designed for general workshops, metalwork fabrication, and sheet metal applications.
The APT690 is supplied with four riveting nozzles covering rivet sizes 3/32 in (2.4 mm), 1/8 in (3.2 mm), 5/32 in (4.0 mm), and 3/16 in (4.8 mm), making it suitable for a wide range of riveting tasks without additional nozzle purchases. The tool delivers 1,940 lb of traction pulling power and draws 4 cfm (113.2 l/min) of air consumption during operation.
With an overall length of 175 mm and a product weight of 1.49 kg, the APT690 is a lightweight, ergonomically designed tool built for sustained operator comfort. Air inlet is 1/4 in, and a minimum hose size of 3/8 in (10 mm) is required. Sound level is rated at 76 dBa and vibration at 1.3 m/s².
