The Sealey SA649 Premier Air Nibbler is designed to address these problems directly. Its lightweight aluminium alloy housing is wrapped in a composite cover that reduces the effects of chill on the operator's hands and provides added control during use. The air motor runs on quality bearings for smooth and powerful operation, delivering a free speed of 3200 strokes per minute at an operating pressure of 90psi with an air consumption of 4cfm via a 1/4"BSP inlet. The SA649 is capable of cutting intricate shapes in steel up to 1.5mm thick. Both the punch and die can be rotated through 360° to aid access and maximise consumable life, and the exhaust outlet adjusts through 360° to keep airflow directed away from the operator. The tool weighs 0.93kg and has a noise pressure level of 86dB(A). Replacement consumables are available: punch SA649.41 and die SA649.43. Backed by a 3 year guarantee.
