Cutting through metal, plastic, and other materials in tight spaces demands a tool that combines power with control the Sealey GSA25 Generation Series Air Cut-Off Tool delivers both. Powered by a compressed air supply at 90psi with an air consumption of just 6cfm through a 1/4" BSP inlet, this tool reaches a free speed of 20,000rpm to make light work of cutting tasks. The contoured handle is designed to insulate the operator from both chill and vibration with a measured vibration level of just 0.8m/s² (uncertainty 0.4m/s²) making it comfortable for extended use. The metal disc guard and rear air exhaust can each be rotated a full 360°, giving added protection and flexibility regardless of working angle. A throttle safety device is also included for added operator security. The GSA25 accepts 75 x 2 x 10mm cutting discs, with compatible consumables PTC/3C (single) or PTC/3C5 (pack of 5) available separately. Noise levels are rated at 96dB(A) power and 85dB(A) pressure appropriate hearing protection is recommended.
