Product Number: EGR-058
The EGR-058 is an Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) valve supplied by PartsForMachines, designed as a direct replacement for a broad range of VAG-group and Mitsubishi diesel applications spanning model years 1999 to 2015. The EGR valve controls the recirculation of exhaust gases back into the engine's intake, a function critical to emissions compliance and stable engine management on diesel vehicles.
This replacement valve covers 251 applications across five manufacturers - Volkswagen, Seat, Skoda, Audi, and Mitsubishi - making it one of the more widely applicable EGR units available for the VAG diesel platform. The fitment range is led by Volkswagen (124 applications), followed by Seat (45), Skoda (43), Audi (34), and Mitsubishi (5).
Confirmed Audi A3 (8P1) fitments include the 1.9 TDI variants with engine codes BKC, BLS, and BXE (May 2003 - May 2010), as well as 2.0 TDI variants with engine codes AZV, CBAA, and CFFA (May 2003 - August 2012). Buyers should always verify their engine code against the full application list before ordering, as fitment varies by engine code even within the same model and year range.
The EGR-058 cross-references to 46 OE and aftermarket part numbers, including references from Audi, Seat, and Skoda (038 129 637 D; 038 131 501 AF; 038 131 501 AN; 038 131 501 S), as well as references from Pierburg (7.24809.16.0), Febi Bilstein (39713), Quinton Hazell (XEGR25), Lucas (FDR160), and Mobiletron (EV-EU017), among others.
