The Metrol C2CLIP is a steel retaining clip for a 8mm clevis pin. It secures the C2 clevis fork to its mounting pin, holding the pinned joint together in service. As a wear and replacement part it lets you refresh a clevis connection without changing the fork itself. It is the 8mm clip in the range (C1CLIP–C4CLIP). It is worth keeping one with each C2 clevis joint as a spare, since a lost or sprung clip leaves the pin free to work loose in service. Fitting a fresh clip restores the joint in seconds, with no tools and no need to replace the fork itself.
