This 12-piece Draper Expert cobalt hole saw set is manufactured from heavy-duty steel with 8% cobalt content, delivering extra strength and performance where standard bi-metal saws fall short. The nine hole saws cover a range of diameters — 20, 22, 29, 35, 38, 44, 51, 57 and 64mm — and are suitable for cutting holes in steel, brass, bronze, cast iron, aluminium, wood and plastics. A variable pitch of 4.5–5 tpi reduces vibration and tooth loading, supporting cleaner cuts across that broad material range. Maximum cutting depth is 38mm. The set includes two hex. arbors to accommodate different saw sizes: a 14–30mm arbor and a 32–152mm arbor, along with a 4mm hex. key. All twelve components are housed in a blow moulded plastic storage case, keeping everything organised and protected between uses. The complete kit contents are: 9 cobalt hole saws (20, 22, 29, 35, 38, 44, 51, 57 and 64mm diameter), one 14–30mm hex. arbor, one 32–152mm hex. arbor, and one 4mm hex. key. The storage case ensures each piece is readily accessible on site or in the workshop.
