The Osborn NOTIFLEX polishing product (100 mm diameter) uses Osborn's proprietary NOTIFLEX non-woven fleece buff technology. NOTIFLEX buffs combine a non-woven abrasive fleece with a sisal or cotton cloth substrate, producing a polishing action that smooths and finishes in a single pass. The fleece structure conforms to surface contours and absorbs heat generated during polishing, reducing the risk of heat damage to the workpiece. Osborn designs these products for use with polishing compounds to achieve surface finishes ranging from scratch removal and blending (Type 925) to high-gloss mirror finish (Type 914). Industrial quality for professional polishing results on angle grinders and polishing motors. Compatible with standard 100 mm arbor hole fitting.
