The 100 mm diameter body carries an M10 thread and features rubber-to-metal bonded construction throughout, delivering the structural integrity demanded by high-load general machinery in continuous or intermittent service. At 75 Shore A, the rubber compound sits at the firm end of this geometry's hardness range. That stiffness makes this grade the correct choice where shock and impact loads must be absorbed without allowing excessive displacement, situations where a softer mount would permit too much movement and risk secondary damage to surrounding structure or sensitive adjacencies. The capped flanged profile combines a top-fixing cap with a flanged base, giving secure positive retention in both shear and compression orientations.
