The 45 Shore A rubber compound delivers greater compliance under load than harder grades, absorbing and dissipating impact energy from secondary moving components rather than transmitting it to surrounding structures. This makes the mount particularly well suited to lightweight equipment where shock events are low in amplitude and where operator comfort or protection of precision components matters. Rubber-to-metal bonded construction ensures a secure, durable assembly, and the male M3 thread (6 mm stud length) allows straightforward installation with no specialist tooling. Eccentric Bushes are manufactured from two metal sleeves which are eccentrically offset in the radial direction. This offset allows for a larger proportion of the rubber section to be orientated in the normal direction of load, allowing for relatively large radial deflections to be achieved, whilst maintaining excellent motional control characteristics.
