The CTM1063816-45 is the 45 Shore grade of the 106 x 38 mm captive range on an M16 stud, rated to 250 kg per mount. It is the entry grade for equipment specified with M16 studs that also needs restraint in transit. It is the entry grade for equipment specified with M16 studs — generating sets, diesel and marine engines, pumps, fans and compressors that also need restraint in transit.
The rubber runs in shear compression for up to 95% vibration reduction in all axes, capped in metal to keep oil and fuel off the element. The integral overload stop controls equipment movement during transport, and the captive construction is failsafe under shock loads. Fixing is through 12.5 x 19 mm slots at 138-146 mm centres beneath the 106 mm flange (38 mm high); inner dimension 80 mm, free length 171 mm, base 4 mm.
Alternative grades on this body: CTM1063816-60 (350 kg), CTM1063816-70 (525 kg). The footprint and fixings are identical across the family, so grades interchange without rework.
