What if a part doesn't fit or arrives damaged?

My machine says Schaeff, not Terex. Which page?

Either. Terex absorbed Schaeff and kept the model numbers, so an HR32 finds the same parts under Terex or under Schaeff, and the Compatible tab shows both badges.

Do you cover older Terex machines?

The HR32 and TC29 are the older minis in the Finder, and Schaeff-era machines with the same model number are listed under it. An older badge does not change the route.
