My machine says International or Komatsu Dresser. Which page?

Any of the three. The model number carried across the badges, so a 150 or a TD-15 finds the same starter under International, Dresser or Komatsu, and the Compatible tab shows them all.

Dresser dozers and loaders by model on PartsForMachines: the 140M, 150 and 150A, the 210M, 325M and 385M, and the 510 to 780 series, listed in the Machinery Parts Finder with starter motors and alternators matched to each and the price on every listing. Dresser took the construction line from International Harvester and later sold as Komatsu Dresser; earlier machines are on the International page and later ones on the Komatsu page, and the model number carried across.
